Shane Joyce is a Clifden based engineer, with an interest in the Clifden Marconi station since childhood. Inspired by the intriguing concept of "Radio Archaeology", originally conceived by California based radio historian Bart Lee, he has been lucky enough to have been involved in a current project to revive the site as a Heritage destination. |

Recently completed an Preliminary Inter-Tidal Zone archaeological survey of Galway Coast, Project Archaeologist on the Marconi Telegraph Station.
